ashtanga classes
Led Ashtanga Classes
In this style of class, Caroline will lead the entire class through each of the postures in the designated series following a specific count and breathing cadence.
Led 1/2 Primary (up to Navasana) 1 hr - great for beginners
Led Full Primary 1.5 hrs - some yoga experience suggested
Led Ashtanga Mix 1 hr - fun, sweaty class with a mix of 1st and 2nd series
All led classes are virtual (ZOOM) or in person
$15 drop-in

Mysore Style Ashtanga
2-3 hrs (depending on the length of your individual Ashtanga yoga practice) - this is basically one-on-one practice in a group setting. Caroline teaches each student the Ashtanga yoga practice individually and will move around the room assisting students independently - providing feedback and encouragement, while helping everyone find the practice that best serves their unique needs. New students highly encouraged to attend.
note: all Ashtanga classes are in a warm setting

Private yoga session
Attending a private yoga session with Caroline is a true treat! During your time together, Caroline will design and guide you through a yoga and breathing practice that will resonate with your life and your intentions. In these sessions, there is more space for discussion and in-depth study.

conditioning
1hr (depending on your program and goals)
Allow Caroline to expertly guide you through a strength and conditioning program designed especially for your needs. Are you an athlete who wants to cater your training to your particular sport, or are you interested in training more efficiently for a specific athletic event? Do you need motivation and expertise to help you get the physical and mental rewards of a truly healthy body? Caroline will come to you, or you can join her in her home studio!

bodywork
1-1.5hrs (depending on your needs)
When you book a bodywork session with Caroline, expect to feel fantastic! Often, our bodies can become fatigued and over-worked from sports, training and life in general. Caroline will use such therapeutic modalities as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), light massage and general stretching techniques to aid your body in healing itself from injury or over-use. Here, you are invited to relax and enjoy the benefits!
